Invalid traffic includes any clicks or impressions that may artificially inflate an advertiser's costs or a publisher's earnings. Invalid traffic covers intentionally fraudulent traffic as well as accidental clicks.
If there is invalid traffic on your AdSense ads, AdSense may suspend your account for 30 days or disable your account entirely.
if your account was disabled, you can appeal:
But don't rush to submit an appeal until you are sure you understand the source of the invalid activity, and have a plan in place to prevent any additional invalid activity in the future.
Here are some tips from AdSense for writing your appeal:
1. Review the top reasons for account closure
Consider carefully whether any of those might apply to you and your content.
Note: it is also worthwhile to review any website logs, analytics or stats to see if you can spot unusual traffic.
2. Review ad implementation on your desktop site, mobile site and/or mobile app
Make sure that the ads aren't positioned in a way that visitors might accidentally click on them.
Note: if you are a YouTube Partner, this is something you don't have to consider, unless you also have your own blog or website in addition to your monetized YouTube channel.
3. In the appeal form, provide the e-mail address that is associated with your disabled AdSense account
4. Tell AdSense what changes you'll make in the future
This is the key point. As AdSense wants to know is "What systems or behaviors have you put in place to ensure this won't happen again?"
Note for YouTube Partners
If you are a YouTube Partner and your monetization has been disabled for invalid activity on your ads, you can also submit an appeal UNLESS your channel is partnered through a multi-channel network (MCN)
If your channel is Partnered through a MCN you must contact them to see if you're eligible for an appeal
